Boutmaster Registration Process

(For College-HS-JH Team Tournaments)

"SIGN UP"

1. Click the "SCHEDULE" button.
2. Identify your tournament date and name.
3. Click the "LogIn" button on that line.
4. "Don't Have an Account" Enter Access Code Received From Tournament Director
5. Click "Create My Account" button.
6. Enter your first & last name using capital letters for the first letter of each name only.
7. Enter your email address to receive your Username and Password
8. Enter your team name using capital letters for the first letter of each name only
NOTE: PLEASE do not add high school, HS, Junior High, JH, or Mascots, etc
9. Click the "Register Now" button

Step 2:
Go to your email to receive your User Name and Password
If you do not see it check your spam or make sure your district is not blocking it.

NOTE: If you have created an account prior, your information is still in the database, so if you forgot your password enter your email address in the "Forgot your User Name or Password" and you will be emailed your password.

"LOG IN"

1 Click the "SCHEDULE" button
2 Click the "Log In" button
3 Enter your Username and Password
4 Click the "Log In" button
5 Click the "REGISTER" button
6 You are ready to enter wrestlers

"ENTER WRESTLERS"

Enter information as requested in the following format:
1.Division: If a HS or JH event select the level from the pull-down menu
2.Weight Class: Use the pull-down menu
3.Grade: Use the pull-down menu
4.Record: Type in as shown
5.First Name: Capitalize only the first letter, using lower case for the rest
6.Last Name: Capitalize only the first letter, using lower case for the rest

As you add each wrestler his/her information will appear at the bottom of the page. When you have completed the process you can print out your roster for your records by clicking on the printer in the upper right of the roster.

You may return to the site to make any corrections necessary up to the day prior to the tournament by clicking on the "Edit" button to the right of each wrestlers name. Only you will be able to see your roster.
