• At least one electric outlet run to each scoring table.  

• Tournament Time Schedule – Complete schedule for event planning.

• Paper Supply – One ream of 24 lb. white laser paper.

• Facility Directions – Clear instructions to your venue.

• Lodging – If travel exceeds one hour to the event location.

• Food and drink for staff during the tournament.

• Parking – Reserved space near the facility entrance for unloading.
